Bilingual Immigration Intake Specialist Virguez Law - 5.0 Duluth, GA Job Details Full-time $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Full Job Description Must be bilingual/fluent speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish for consideration. Interviews will be conducted in both languages. Our growing law firm has an immediate fulltime opening for an experienced, friendly, professional, talented, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist to join our fast paced Immigration Department. The right candidate will be knowledgeable in Immigration services, processes, and have a proven track record of converting consultations into signed clients (sales). Must also be a strong communicator, multitasker, and someone who is extremely organized, focused, self confident, and is a self starter who enjoys speaking and following up with clients to sell our services. Must have ability to remain on task in a busy office environment with distractions and interruptions. Duties include gathering leads from multiple sources (no cold calls), making first contact calls, asking fact finding questions, and scheduling consultation appointments on multiple attorney calendars. Should enjoy and embrace the challenge of chasing / performing follow up calls with potential clients after consultations with the goal of signing new clients! Onboard new clients by executing contracts, taking payments, or assisting clients seeking financing. Document progress in computer system(s) and follow through with file set up. Must be willing to perform other administrative support tasks as assigned or needed. Position Qualifications Bilingual in
English and Spanish:
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in both languages. (No exceptions) 2-3 years experience working in a busy Immigration Department (Highly preferred) Outgoing, confident, friendly, and caring personality who can easily reach out to clients and establish personable connections. Skilled sales closer with the ability to entice clients to sign with our firm. Must be understanding, compassionate, driven, resilient, and comfortable in the pursuit of selling our services to clients. Take in person or over the phone payments using Clover (helpful, not required) Should be software savvy with several of the following or similar: Lead Docket, Filevine, Microsoft Office Suite for Mac, and Slack Internal Messaging. Technologically capable of quickly changing from one software program to another throughout the day. Must have a positive "can do" approach to work with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts/processes and positively embrace change.Hours:
Mon - Fri from 8:00 - 5:00 in our Duluth Office. No work from home available.Benefits:
