Front Desk Receptionist Camp Run-A-Mutt - 3.3 Dunwoody, GA Job Details Full-time $14 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Retail sales transactions Customer communication Client inquiry handling Dog handling Crew management Full Job Description Front Desk Receptionist The Front Desk Receptionists are the ambassadors of Camp Run-A-Mutt, voted 2021-2026 "Best Dog Daycare/Lodger" in the Perimeter area and Best Doggy Daycare in Georgia 2022-2026!! We greet every pup and their owner when they enter the camp and we are the point of communication between the Camp and the dog owners. We have two shifts 6:30am-1:00pm and 12:30pm -7:15pm. The front desk receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet customers and their dogs upon arrival Give tours to potential customers Answer and properly address caller's needs Take reservations for boarding and grooming appointments Make confirmation calls for boarding reservations Communicate with vets to keep vaccination records up to date Able to manage employees Maintain our records so that all vaccination, credit card, dog and customers information is current and accurate Escort dogs to the play yard and announcing their arrival to yard staff Prepare lunch/dinner/snacks for campers Monitor supply levels (merchandise, cleaning, office) Update camp vaccination records Responsible for credit card and cash transactions Maintain and organize "basket" system Know and preform all opening procedures before opening time Know and preform all closing procedures after closing time
