Job Description
Local luxury jewelry retailer in need of front desk receptionist in fine jewelry or luxury industries. The position is for immediate hire and full-time, Monday- Friday 9:30am-5:00pm, includes benefits after 90 days of employment. Responsibilities Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls Receive and direct visitors and clients with positivity and warmth Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones Assist clientele with sales in a professional demeanor Support other team members as needed Establish long lasting relationships via superior customer service skills Participate in store operations including: display set-up and breakdown and office cleanliness Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of diamond/fine jewelry industry a plus knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Key Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Teamwork minded Punctuality Positive, can-do attitude Works well under pressure Communication skills - written and verbal Exemplary phone etiquette Highly organized Solution-oriented mentality Flexibility Adaptability Customer service oriented To Apply Please submit a cover letter, resume and references.
