The Receptionist is the warm ambassador of our company, greeting visitors, fielding inquiries, managing calls, and offering vital administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.Job duties includes:
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, and take messages. Train new and existing team members on phone systems. Welcome people as they enter the establishment, learn the purpose of their visit, and guide or accompany them to their intended destinations. Oversee and assist with enforcement of Kieler office visitor policy. Transmit information or documents to customers and team members using computer, mail, or facsimile machine. Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, team members within the organization, or services provided. Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries. Assist with data collection and data entry on basic incoming team member record requests. Conduct data analysis to address inquiries from customers or member of the public. Assist with keeping the office organized and running smoothly. Assist with scheduling, coordinating, setting up and taking down meetings. Oversee annex building by keeping supplies stocked and areas cleaned up. Other duties as assigned.YOUR MUST HAVES
Must be 18 years of age or older. Friendly personality. Reliable and self-motivated, someone who is going to show up and provide great customer service.WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE

This position is based in the Corporate Headquarters consisting of a traditional office setting where you are required to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer, answering phones, and standing for periods of time to sort and distribute mail.WHAT WE OFFER
