Back To Results Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Job Description Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Roswell, GA We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors while providing day-to-day administrative support to the team. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and accurately. Manage front desk operations and maintain clean, organized, and professional reception and conference room areas. Schedule and confirm meetings and coordinate conference room reservations. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, recordkeeping, and document preparation. Respond to basic client inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team member. Maintain accurate records and update information as needed. Assist team members with clerical responsibilities, special projects, and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM. Strong data entry and computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
