Job Description
Job description: About Us Nelson Tractor is a family-owned and operated business that's growing fast — and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us! We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, welcoming environment for both our customers and our team. We believe in treating people right, doing great work, and having a little fun along the way. About the Role We're looking for a Receptionist who loves helping people and keeping things organized. You'll be the first friendly face our customers see, and the go-to person who keeps our office running smoothly. If you're outgoing, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team where everyone pitches in, this could be the perfect fit! What You'll Do Customer Service & Front Desk Welcome customers and visitors with a smile (in person and over the phone). Answer questions and direct calls or messages to the right people. Provide friendly, professional support to our customers and team members. Keep the front desk and waiting area neat and inviting. Office & Administrative Support Handle basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork. Assist with billing, invoices, and receipts as needed. Jump in wherever you're needed — we're a small team that works together! What We're Looking For A friendly, positive personality with great communication skills. Previous office or customer service experience preferred (but we'll train the right person). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, email, etc.). Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn. Why You'll Love Working Here We're a family-owned business, not a big corporation — you'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team. A welcoming, down-to-earth environment where your work truly matters. Competitive pay and benefits. ✅ Sound Like You? If you're looking for a place where you can make a difference, feel appreciated, and grow with a company that cares, we'd love to meet you.
