We are urgently seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team at our bustling dog grooming shop. If you love working with people and pets, this could be the perfect position for you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude Answer phone calls and address inquiries professionally Manage the groomers' schedule efficiently Handle cash register transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization in the retail area Sweep and dust the shop regularly. Clean tables and shelves. Restock items as needed to ensure availability for customers

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus A love for animals and a positive attitude
