Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:

Verispine Joint Centers is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to support multiple clinic locations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm appointments Answer and route incoming calls Verify insurance and collect copays Maintain accurate patient records in EMR system Coordinate patient flow and communicate with clinical staff Ensure front office area remains organized and welcoming

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of front desk or medical office experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to travel between locations as needed Experience with EMR systems preferred Knowledge of insurance verification and collections is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
