EMT-Bs ONLY to support our expanding non-emergency and urgent transport operations throughout the northeast metro Atlanta area. This is a full-time commitment role designed for individuals seeking consistent hours, steady call volume, and long-term growth within EMS operations. We are not hiring PRN or part-time staff for this position . Our team specializes in dialysis transports, interfacility transfers, and urgent response services, with a strong emphasis on compliance, efficiency, and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide safe and effective Basic Life Support (BLS) care during patient transport Operate ambulance in compliance with all safety laws and company policies Complete accurate and timely ePCR documentation in AngelTrack immediately after each transport Maintain real-time communication with dispatch per the 10-minute communication policy Ensure proper patient safety measures, including 5-point stretcher restraint usage Maintain assigned unit readiness (cleanliness, equipment checks, oxygen levels) Work directly with assigned partner ( no partner separation while on duty ) Follow all company policies related to attendance, conduct, and operational standards Minimum Requirements Valid Georgia EMT-B certification Current AHA BLS Provider certification Minimum age of 23 years old (required for ambulance operation) Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Ability to meet physical demands of the role (lifting, moving patients with assistance) Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in non-emergency or interfacility EMS transport Familiarity with AngelTrack or other ePCR systems Experience with dialysis, hospital discharge, or behavioral health transport Availability for weekends and flexible scheduling Compensation & Incentives $20.00 - $22.00/hour (based on experience) Monthly performance and attendance incentives Sign-on bonus opportunities (based on hiring needs) Employee referral bonus program Schedule & Commitment Requirements Full-Time Only - Minimum 36 hours per week required Must be able to work 12-16 hour shifts

Required:

Minimum of 2 Saturdays per month Schedules are provided in advance but may adjust based on operational demand

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
