Front Desk Receptionist Overview:
Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. We are seeking a professional who excels in customer service and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients and visitors. Must be willing to travel to Dublin location.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
  • Verify insurance coverage
  • Referral coordinator
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Handle Fax inbox, collect copays, and balances
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills and professional etiquette.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Proficiency in transcribing important information accurately.
  • Previous work in a medical office setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks.
  • Strong proofreading abilities for written materials.
