Director of First Impressions (DFI) Keller Williams Realty West Cobb Be the face. Set the tone. Make a difference. Keller Williams Realty West Cobb is looking for a vibrant, organized, and people-focused professional to join our team as our Director of First Impressions (DFI) . This is much more than a front-desk position. Our DFI is often the first person our agents, clients, vendors, and visitors meet when they walk through our doors . You will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience, supporting our agents, maintaining a welcoming and professional Market Center, and helping our team stay connected to the tools, resources, and opportunities Keller Williams provides. You are detail-oriented, confident, personable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude. What You'll Do Create an Exceptional First Impression Welcome agents, clients, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Answer incoming calls with a friendly, helpful attitude and route calls appropriately. Direct visitors to appointments, closings, meetings, and other destinations within the Market Center. Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and business-ready reception and common area. Help create an environment where agents and guests feel valued, supported, and at home. Support Our Agents & Leadership Serve as a knowledgeable and supportive resource for our agents. Listen to agent needs and concerns and bring appropriate matters to the attention of leadership. Help new and existing agents acclimate to the Market Center, its systems, tools, technology, and resources. Maintain office and agent supplies and anticipate needs before they become problems. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Provide administrative and operational support to Market Center leadership and staff. Assist with troubleshooting minor copier, computer, and office technology issues and coordinate service calls when necessary. Bring Our Culture to Life Keller Williams is known for its people-first culture, and the DFI plays an important role in keeping that culture visible and engaging. Assist with planning and executing Market Center events such as RED Day, holiday celebrations, team meetings, training events, and other special activities . Help create excitement around Market Center events and encourage agent participation by communicating the value these opportunities bring to their businesses and relationships. Help foster a positive, collaborative, and energetic office environment. Look for creative ways to recognize, encourage, and support the people around you. Keep Our Team Connected Maintain the Market Center education and training calendar. Distribute daily, weekly, and monthly educational opportunities electronically. Maintain and distribute current phone lists and other important Market Center information. Stay informed about Keller Williams systems, tools, technology, training, and resources. Learn how these offerings can benefit agents and communicate their value with enthusiasm and confidence. Support Our Marketing & Social Media Presence Develop and execute a social media plan for the Market Center's Facebook and Instagram accounts. Help showcase our agents, culture, events, accomplishments, community involvement, and successes. Identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence and tell the Keller Williams West Cobb story. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment . A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people. A self-starter who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative. Able to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm when several things need attention at once. Comfortable learning new technology and helping others embrace change. Positive, energetic, dependable, and solutions-oriented. Someone who naturally builds relationships and contributes to a strong team culture. Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent telephone and customer-service skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Comfortable learning and working with new technology and software.
