Description:
Temporary Part-Time Receptionist Old Toccoa Farm is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team for a temporary position from late September through early to mid-February.
Hours:
Approximately 24-32 hours per week The Receptionist performs clerical and administrative tasks in an office setting to support daily operations. This position is the first point of contact for members, guests, prospects, and visitors, so excellent customer service and a professional, welcoming attitude are essential.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service Answer and transfer incoming phone calls Greet members, guests, prospects, and visitors Provide general membership and real estate information Assign and distribute real estate sales leads Book and manage golf tee times Manage reservations for The Tavern at Old Toccoa Farm Greet arriving prospects at our on-property real estate office Sort and distribute incoming mail Perform general clerical and administrative duties Assist with other office tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening; people-oriented Organizational skills Must have and maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success each day Self-motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to work in a team environment Ability to effectively relate to a customer Strong administrative skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM, etc.
