Veterinary ReceptionistBrown Veterinary Services | Monroe, GA We're looking for the person who can keep the chaos under control. At Brown Veterinary Services, our receptionists do a lot more than answer phones. They're the first person our clients trust, the person who keeps our doctors on schedule, and the glue that holds the clinic together. One morning you might help a family with their new puppy. The next client could be bringing in a horse, goat, chicken, rabbit, or bearded dragon. If you like variety, you'll never be bored here. We're a privately owned veterinary practice—not corporate—and we believe work should actually be enjoyable. We laugh a lot, help each other out, and genuinely care about our clients, patients, and coworkers. What we're looking for: ✔ Previous veterinary receptionist experience (preferred) ✔ Someone who can juggle multiple things without falling apart ✔ Excellent customer service—even when the lobby gets busy ✔ Comfortable talking on the phone while helping clients at the front desk ✔ Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed ✔ Someone who enjoys being part of a team instead of just punching a clock What you'll be doing: Greeting clients and patients Scheduling appointments Answering phones Checking patients in and out Processing payments Communicating with clients Helping keep the day running smoothly Schedule Minimum 4 days per week Daytime hours Opportunity for additional hours Why work here?
