We provide skilled and effective speech-language pathology services through compassionate, engaging, individualized care to our pediatric clients and their families to improve their communication and quality of life. We serve families with need of services through fun and effective therapy in a positive environment with passionate SLPs who make a difference and feel supported. Scoop Speech is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. In this vital role, you are the first person our families see and the primary point of contact for our clinicians. You'll be responsible for creating a supportive, calm, and organized atmosphere from the moment our doors open. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills who can maintain efficient office operations while fostering a truly positive environment for our families and team members . Key Responsibilities Greet families, verify appointments, and manage the check-in/check-out flow. Manage a multi-line phone system with professional etiquette—handling inquiries, screening calls, and relaying accurate messages. Coordinate with the SLP team via radio upon client arrival and assist families with transitions to and from the waiting area. Assist with calendar management, and appointment scheduling. Maintain organized filing systems, perform accurate data entry, and proofread clinical documents Assist in planning and coordinating office events and team meet-ups. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, maintain supply inventory, and coordinate with outside vendors for equipment troubleshooting or building maintenance. Oversee office emergency procedures and ensure swift resolution of any operational issues. Support our SLPs with toy cleanup, sanitation, and clinical organization. Ensure the reception area and office spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming by following daily and weekly maintenance tasks.

$16.00 per hour
