About Us We are a growing professional office seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Bilingual Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in ensuring our office operates efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoys helping people, possesses strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors professionally and create a welcoming office environment Answer and direct incoming phone calls using professional phone etiquette Schedule consultations and appointments Conduct client intake and collect necessary information and documentation Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and office correspondence Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with document preparation and administrative projects Maintain office supplies and general office organization Support attorneys and staff with administrative and clerical tasks as needed QualificationsRequired Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and dependable Proficiency with computers and common office software Preferred Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, client intake, or customer service experience Experience working in a professional office environment Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets) Experience using Calendly for scheduling and calendar management Familiarity with CampLegal or other case management/CRM software Experience with client intake, appointment scheduling, and document management What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Paid training for the right candidate Meaningful work assisting clients and supporting a dedicated team How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your work experience and bilingual proficiency.
