Competitive starting pay at $15/hour Performance-based raises every 6 months Bonus pay for fluent Vietnamese speakers Friendly, family-like work environment Occasional team lunches Requirements Must have availability for our busiest days (Fri-Sun) Must maintain a consistent weekly schedule (no same-day callouts) Availability to open at 10:00 AM and work full shifts Sick absences must have a doctors note What You'll Do Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries Keep the salon organized and running efficiently Manage the turn system to ensure fairness among technicians Handle customer concerns using professional conflict resolution What We're Looking For Experience in customer service or fast-paced environments Prior front desk, receptionist, or salon experience preferred Familiarity with POS and scheduling systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Vietnamese language skills are a major plus Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude

10:00 AM - 7:30

PM Sunday:

11:00 AM - 5:00
