The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, handling cash accurately, and maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and direct them to the Service Writers. Answer incoming phone calls promptly, answer basic inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate party. Assist in scheduling service appointments. Calculate, process, and accept payments via cash, check, and credit card for vehicle repairs and parts invoices. Reconcile and balance cash drawer daily. File repair orders and parts invoices.

Qualifications:

1+ years of cash handling, customer service, or retail cashier experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer literacy and multi-line phone operation. Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong basic math skills. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
