Job Description
MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN HAWAII.
Position Summary:
Performs various administrative and receptionist functions such as semi-repetitive operations following standardized methods and procedures: multi-task in a fast-paced environment; adjust priorities to assist with all levels of personnel and communicate efficiently. Clerical tasks include but not limited to scanning, faxing, data entry, and processing mail. Answering telephones and answers questions or convey/routes message to appropriate staff.Position Requirements:
High School Diploma. 2 years of Secretarial/Administrative experience required.Benefits:
