  • We are a locally owned Property & Casualty insurance agency in Kailua looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a professional office environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Greet clients and visitors.
  • Monitor and route incoming emails to the appropriate team members.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Scan, file, and organize documents.
  • Prepare paperwork and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Support the insurance team with various office projects and customer service needs.
Qualifications :
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Pleasant, professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and learning agency software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office.
  • Reliable, dependable, and positive attitude.
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred.
