Receptionist Job Summary:

Quick and friendly greeting to all clients and patients that enter our doors. Answering the phone with a friendly and welcoming tone of voice. Utilizing the computer maintain patient records, check in patients, schedule appointments, enter in transactions, charge out clients for their visit, scan and file documents, and email documents. Basic cash handling skills. Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
