Since opening our doors in 1972, we've grown into the largest locally-owned pet hospital in Hawaii, all while keeping the same family-friendly feel our clients have come to expect. Our staff believes in creating the best experience, from the time you walk through the doors till the time you leave, because we truly believe that our pets are part of our ohana. About the
Job:
We're looking for talented, full-time Receptionists to join our family-oriented team as we continue to grow and expand our thriving practice. You'll be working alongside our experienced veterinary team, assisting with things like: Warmly welcoming our clients as the first people our clients see. Communicating and educating our clients about services and pet care. Answer all incoming calls appropriately. General office work, i.e. scheduling, scanning, filing, faxing, etc. Cashiering duties Providing our two and four-legged patients with exceptional communication, aloha, and C.A.R.E!
About you:

You have a friendly, compassionate and outgoing personality. You're a team-player with a can-do attitude. You're organized, detail oriented and multi-tasking is second nature to you. You're very comfortable using computers. You, preferably, have receptionist experience. If not no problem, we will train the right candidate.
