- Time Monday-Friday Morning shift: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM, Full Time 6:30 an
- 2:30 PM Afternoon/evening shift: 2:30 PM-6:30 PM, Full Time10 AM

PM Saturday:
Approximately one Saturday every 4 weeks Scheduling may vary based on clinic needs. Responsibilities The veterinary receptionist will be responsible for typical front-desk and client-service duties, including: Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly, professional manner Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking clients in and out Processing payments and handling transactions Managing patient records and updating client information Communicating with clients regarding appointments, medications, and other clinic needs Assisting the veterinary team with general administrative tasks Keeping the reception area organized and welcoming Providing compassionate customer service to clients and their pets Qualifications Previous veterinary reception or customer-service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other animals A positive attitude and compassion for both pets and their owners are essential If you love animals, enjoy helping people, and are looking for a part-time position with a great veterinary team, we'd love to hear from you!Pay:
