Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using office management software Handle data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and customer databases Maintain organized filing systems, including document scanning, filing, and recordkeeping. Assist with client communication via email and phone, providing excellent customer support and support for front desk operations Skills Proven experience with office management and administrative tasks in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems Familiarity with data entry, proofreading, filing, and clerical procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency Technical proficiency in productivity software such as spreadsheets, word processing, and calendar management tools Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service roles is preferred; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join our team today!
