  • Greet and assist business customers, job applicants, vendors, and other visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and manage incoming telephone calls, determine the nature of the call, route callers to the appropriate department or individual, take and relay messages, and provide general company information as appropriate.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail operations, including: o Sorting and distributing incoming mail. o Identifying and routing priority correspondence. o Eliminating junk mail. o Signing for certified, registered, and priority deliveries. o Notifying recipients of package arrivals. o Processing outgoing mail and applying appropriate postage.
  • Maintain Pitney Bowes postage equipment and coordinate the purchase of necessary supplies.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of USPS mailing products, UPS shipping supplies, and related materials.
  • Request and monitor monthly postage refills to ensure uninterrupted mail processing.
  • Coordinate toner cartridge recycling through the HP Business Rewards Program.
  • Maintain regular, predicable, and dependable attendance.
  • Consistently arrive on time and be available to perform tasks assigned during established work hours.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • One to two years of recent clerical, receptionist, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone in a high-volume call environment.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and telephone simultaneously.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, packages, and mail items.
  • Work is performed primarily in an office environment with frequent interaction with visitors, employees, and external contacts.
