The ideal candidate will be highly organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Your positive attitude and strong communication skills will help create a warm, efficient atmosphere for patients and team members alike. Duties Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly, direct calls accurately, and take detailed messages when necessary Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including filing, data entry, and document management.
