Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, including maintaining spreadsheets, filing documents, and updating client records. Handle correspondence via email, phone, and written communication, ensuring clear and professional client interactions. Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and organizing files for easy retrieval. Assist with billing processes using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution to ensure high-quality communication. Provide general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and maintaining organized filing systems. Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures, enhance productivity, and streamline administrative workflows. Experience Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills; previous roles as a receptionist or administrative assistant are highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in person or over the phone. Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software for billing or data entry tasks. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.
