Provide general clerical support and reception for the Agency and public. Adhere to the agency's mission to improve the lives of children and families while accepting the vision to be an innovative leader in revitalizing humanity by restoring hope, building stability and creating connectedness for children, families and communities. Must maintain level of high morals and represent self as a role model for clients. Duties 1. Responds to all phone calls timely and in a polite and professional manner 2. Records accurate messages for all staff, (if applicable) 3. Able to correctly put callers on hold and correctly transfer calls to appropriate staff when needed 4. Demonstrates ability to handle difficult visitors in person or on the telephone 5. Provide polite, professional and effective reception of clients, co-workers and visitors to the Agency 6. Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects 7. Demonstrates ability to use computer systems (email, internet, Word, Excel, or other software as needed) 8. Demonstrates correct use of office equipment (paper shredder, phone system, fax machine, scan, copy machine, printer, intercom, computer, software, etc.) 9. Open and close office in accordance to Procedure Manual 10. Mail is processed and distributed accurately and timely (if applicable) 11. Maintain work area clean and orderly 12. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements High school diploma or GED. General knowledge, education and/or experience to operate computer programs and perform general office duties.

From $14.85 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
