The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and organizational abilities to support daily office functions and enhance client interactions. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for everyone entering the bank Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel Assist with clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence using Microsoft Office Word and other productivity tools Support office management activities by organizing supplies, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing general administrative tasks Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear communication and excellent service standards Conduct cash handling transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy. Engage in financial sales activities to promote banking products and services tailored to customer needs. Implement fraud prevention measures to protect both the bank and its customers. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions using financial software. Build and nurture relationships with clients through effective relationship management strategies. Utilize your skills in basic math to ensure precise transaction processing. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry software like QuickBooks Excellent phone etiquette with experience operating multi-line phone systems and providing customer service Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated computer literacy, including familiarity with productivity software, typing speed, proofreading, and file management Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of professionalism Strong ability to manage cash effectively and accurately. Excellent communication skills to engage with customers confidently. Preferred qualifications Experience in financial services or banking roles. Proficiency in customer relationship management tools.
