Koch & Carlisle Plastic Surgery & Spa Koch & Carlisle Plastic Surgery & Spa is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our Front Desk team! This is more than just answering phones and checking patients in. Our Front Desk team is the first and last impression of K&C and plays a huge role in creating an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and most importantly — wants an opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career with our practice. What You'll Do Greet every patient with a warm, welcoming, and professional experience Check patients in and out and assist with scheduling future appointments Answer incoming calls, texts, and patient questions Help keep provider schedules organized and running efficiently Collect payments and assist with basic patient account questions Educate patients on services, promotions, memberships, and upcoming events Help identify opportunities to schedule patients for additional services Communicate closely with our providers, clinical team, spa team, and leadership Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area

Spa Support:

Laundry, Clean Machines and flip rooms Jump in and help wherever needed — we are a team! Learn the different areas of the practice and continue taking on additional responsibilities as you grow Who We're Looking For We want someone who brings energy to the room and genuinely enjoys working with people.
