The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced veterinary environment. This role requires a love for animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed. Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and pet care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date. Process payments and handle medical collections with professionalism. Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient intake. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients and their pets. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations. Requirements Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred. Past experience with Cornerstone preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing records and appointments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with animal handling techniques, including restraint and care practices a plus. Knowledge of laboratory procedures or medical collection processes is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor during busy periods. A passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing high-quality care to pets. Shift Looking to fill the following shift: Tuesday and Friday 9:00 AM - 6:15 PM Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Benefits Offering $18 per hour depending on experience/credentials.
