Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with client communication and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and pets, providing friendly and professional customer service Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar Maintain accurate patient records and update client information Process billing, payments, and explain service charges Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technical staff Assist with patient check-in, including basic animal handling when needed Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Provide compassionate support to clients during sensitive situations

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist and/or customer service experience preferred Previous work in veterinary clinic or animal care settting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Passion for animal care and welfare Why Join Us?
