Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring smooth daily operations at our front desk. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet visitors and customers warmly, providing friendly and professional assistance Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling with accuracy using office management software Maintain organized files, data entry records, and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information Support office operations by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting customer support efforts Utilize computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to complete daily tasks effectively Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist; dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and typing speed Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and organizational abilities Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, office management practices, and bookkeeping is preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and time management skills Previous experience with proofing documents and supporting administrative functions is advantageous Join us as a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization!
