00/hr DOE | Benefits 100% Employer Paid | New Grads Welcome Four Days a Week. No Weekends. A Shuttle That Picks You Up. Tuesday through Friday. 6:30 to 5:30. Then three days that are entirely yours — and North Idaho gives you plenty to do with them. A well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic approximately 35 minutes from CDA is seeking a PTA to join a structured, well-supported team. The schedule is consistent, the caseload is defined, and the benefits package is one of the strongest in the region — 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision including dependents, an on-site wellness center with a gym, pool, and spa, and a daily shuttle running from Coeur d'Alene so the commute takes care of itself. New graduates are welcome. Experience is rewarded on a clear pay scale. The Role Outpatient orthopedics — backs, knees, shoulders, and post-surgical rehab. Sixty to seventy-five minute sessions, 13-16 patients per day, with occasional concurrent scheduling managed around daily staffing and volume. Supervision is currently structured one-to-one with a supervising PT, with a possible transition to one-to-two down the road.

Documentation:
WebPT — transitioning to Epic in Fall 2026 What You'll Be Treating The caseload is predominantly orthopedic — pain and weakness affecting the back, knee, and shoulder, along with post-surgical rehabilitation following knee, shoulder, and spinal procedures. What You'll Do Implement PT-directed treatment plans across an orthopedic outpatient caseload Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and functional activity training Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention Track and communicate patient progress to the supervising PT Document accurately and on time in WebPT Meet established productivity standards as part of normal clinical practice What You Need Graduate of an accredited PTA program — required Active Idaho PTA license or application actively in process — required Current CPR/BLS certification — required
