We are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Office Clerk to join the team at a company in Coeur d'Alene, ID. If you have 2 years of office experience and can type 65 wpm, apply now! Compensation for the Receptionist / Office Clerk- $18 Per Hour
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Office Clerk
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally; assist with program inquiries and social service questions.
- Distribute incoming mail and ensure accurate system updates.
- Maintain and file correspondence and verifications promptly.
- Assist public with pre-applications, appointments, and payment processing.
- Upload and code invoices for supervisor approval.
- Support caseworkers with documents, eligibility checks, and appointment scheduling.
- Perform data entry, audits, and mailings as needed.
- Assist with office operations and enhance skills under supervisor guidance.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure professional appearance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements of the Receptionist / Office Clerk
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of administrative/clerical experience including proficiency in word processing & typing 65 wpm
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, office procedures, and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
