Temporary Position providing backup coverage until June 2027 or later. General Summary Greets and screens visitors. Receives and routes telephone calls. Assists with placement of outgoing calls. Provides appropriate information to callers. Refers visitors to appropriate parties, contacts parties by telephone and keeps a log of visitors. Performs related typing and clerical duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and walk-in customers. Accept and route customer calls in a friendly and professional manner. Make travel arrangements for managers and other employees as requested. This includes class registration and hotel, travel and car rental reservations. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Handle company deposits and deliver afternoon mail to the Post Office. Work as a team member, implementing good verbal and written skills. Keep work area clean and organized; including the lobby.
