Job Description
We are looking for a full-time and part-time bilingual front desk receptionist. This is a permanent position, with extra hours during tax season. As a bilingual receptionist, your duties will be to: 1. answer phone calls, 2. return missed calls, 3. some outbound calling, 4. schedule appointments, 5. process payments, 6. check cashing, 7. money wires to Latin America, 8. greet clients, 9. data entry, 10. other duties as assigned.
