Part-Time Front Office Dental Assistant /

Front Desk Coordinator Location:

2515 Channing Way•Idaho Falls, ID 83404

Schedule:

Mondays 7:45 am•6:00 pm, Tuesdays 7:45 am•5:00 pm Our office is growing we are looking to add another Front Office Team Member to join our practice on Mondays and Tuesdays . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and being the welcoming face of a dental office.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and provide a warm, professional first impression Schedule and confirm appointments Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Verify insurance and collect copays/payments Maintain accurate patient records Assist with general front office administrative duties

Qualifications:

Previous dental front office experience preferred (but not required) Familiarity with dental software Eaglesoft is a plus (but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Spanish speaking preferred (but not required)
