Job Description
Job Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented, friendly team player to join our busy office. As the first point of contact for visitors, the ideal candidate will greet clients with professionalism and poise, even during our fast-paced season. While prior knowledge of tax or accounting terms is helpful, it's not required. Training on all programs and systems is provided on the job. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Greet and assist office visitors as the first point of contact Maintain client files with a high degree of confidentiality Perform general clerical and administrative duties Qualifications High school diploma or relevant work experience Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle busy periods with composure Strong communication skills Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required.
