Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Insurance billing and verification
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and transcribing
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures is preferred but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
