Peterson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a full-time service receptionist to be one of the faces of our service department. Ideal applicants for this position will have the ability to learn and perform these primary tasks: Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and skills Demonstrate basic proficiency with email, excel, word, and other computer skills Greet customers in a professional manner and direct traffic Be a good teammate and communicate effectively Set service appointments and manage a service schedule Follow direction well and not get distracted by co-workers Additional tasks and responsibilities will come, but these are the main responsibilities of this position.
