We are seeking a friendly, organized and highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our spa. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere Handle Check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing Manage appointment scheduling via phone, online booking system, and in-person Provide basic information about our skincare Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and spa area. Assist estheticians and spa staff with administrative support as needed. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or front desk (spa/salon experience a plus) Experience with product demos Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
