We are looking for a organized, friendly, and reliable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. Job Summary As the first point of contact for our practice, you will set the tone for our patient experience. We are seeking someone with outstanding communication skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a welcoming presence. Prior experience working in a dental office is a major plus , but we are happy to train a quick learner with exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities Warmly greet patients upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. Answer incoming phone calls with enthusiasm, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently. Manage and maintain the daily appointment schedule to ensure smooth office flow. Verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays/patient balances, and handle basic billing inquiries. Maintain accurate electronic patient records and update health histories. Keep the reception area clean, presentable, and welcoming.
