Responsibilities

  • Check-in patients upon arrival for appointments Verify patient information in electronic medical record (EMR) system Give handouts to patients Answer phones Schedule patient appointments Clean and keep exam rooms and waiting area organized after each patient Fill supplies in exam rooms and lab drawers Check the on-call nurse in-box for faxes, lab results and reports Enter patient information into the computer Fill out school and camp forms Other related tasks, as assigned EMR•Electronic Medical Records•eClinicalWorks experience preferred Hourly pay based on directly-related experience Up to 30 hours per week available.

Minimum of 15 hours per week including 4 hours every Saturday morning. Benefits available if working 30-hour weekly schedule.
