This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:
Full Time Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 9-6. Fridays 9-5. Saturdays 8-12. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for office staff. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes in a dental office setting if applicable. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy before distribution. Provide support to other administrative staff as needed. Organize staff schedule. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Experience in office management or as a dental receptionist is preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Strong administrative skills, including experience with scheduling and document management.
