Company perks Food provided Our practice is looking for an exceptional Medical Receptionist that has the ability to communicate clearly with patients and visitors, and has a strong sense of empathy and compassion. As a Medical Receptionist you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, performing patient intake and maintaining patient confidentiality. We are committed to providing the highest level of care possible, which is why we are seeking front desk team from among the best people possible.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients. Perform intake, room, assist with vitals. Scheduling appointments and assisting with clinic flow. Occasionally answer telephone calls and inform callers about the status of their appointments. Assist with patient paperwork. Setup instrument for minor procedure Dispense supplies including brace, boot and shoes Run benefit verification
