Full Job Description About Us:
Batavia Animal Clinic is a compassionate and dedicated veterinary clinic committed to providing exceptional care for pets and their families. We are looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records. Process payments and handle billing inquiries. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, and data entry. Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems and office software. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
