• We are seeking a skilled, detail oriented, and dedicated employee to join our team.

As a key member of our eye care center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care while supporting our doctors in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong optometric experience and knowledge. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about the health and well-being of others and enjoy working in a clinical environment.

• Duties
• Handle administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and answering phones.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Checking patients in and out.
• Explaining insurance coverages to patients when needed.
• Creating transactions for contact lens sales.
• Keeping track of patient's payments and charges using an Excel sheet and our EMR system.
• Ensure that our clinic adheres to HIPAA guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Requirements
• Experience working in an optometric healthcare setting.
• Some knowledge in the optometric field.
• A commitment to HIPAA guidelines and the security of patient information.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
