Comprido BJJ Martial Arts Academy is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily operations at the academy.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries Manage class check-ins and student attendance Provide information about classes, schedules, and memberships Process payments and register new members Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized Support instructors and staff with administrative tasks Promote academy programs and events

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly and professional attitude Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, payments) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
