Job Description
Greets and checks-in patients with the kindness, respect and dignity.
•Responsible for conveying a professional image. Enters demographics, insurance, co-pays and patient payments as appropriate with accuracy. Proficient in making appointments, answering the phone, taking messages and giving routine medical information. Oversees the front desk and reception area to help the office run smoothly. Opens/Closes the office and prepares for daily activity. Must possess a pleasant personality, patience, tactfulness, confidence and enthusiasm. Must possess organization skills and have the ability to multi-task. Must be able to prioritize the daily activities of the position. Must be willing to work as a team member. Must have the willingness and ability to handle difficult situations. Must have excellent communication and coordination among the Care Team.
