Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression for the hospital. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking detailed messages as needed. Schedule appointments accurately using calendar management tools, accommodating client needs and preferences. Maintain organized filing systems, including patient records and administrative documents. Perform data entry tasks with precision, updating patient information and hospital records regularly. Handle billing and payment processing using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Support office management duties such as inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean reception area. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel spreadsheets, and productivity software. Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing, and document proofreading. Excellent phone etiquette with experience operating multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.
